Mystery wooden Handle Vintage Tool Pulley / Roller / Hammer

Mystery vintage tool…..

Appears to be a machined steel pulley with a wooden handle fitted. The pulley has a slot for a woodruff key and is machined from solid steel.

The handle is oak with a brass wedge.

The tool weight 670grams

Possible uses are endless….coffee crushing, rolling, leather working, hammering, seaming….

Would make a nice desk decor piece or talking point.
