Welcome to Mag3.14 Vintage Tools! We’re proud to offer a curated selection of antique and vintage items. Due to the unique and often fragile nature of these pieces, we take great care in packing and shipping your orders safely.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Items are packed securely using appropriate materials to protect their condition during transit.

  • You will receive a notification with tracking information once your item has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (UK): Flat rate or calculated at checkout based on weight and size.

  • International Shipping: We ship to the US, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the parcel size.

  • Some larger or fragile items may require a custom shipping quote—if so, we’ll contact you after purchase to confirm shipping arrangements or offer a refund if shipping is not feasible.

Packaging

  • All items are carefully packaged, and where possible, we use recycled or eco-friendly materials.

  • Due to the vintage nature of our stock, we may re-use sturdy packaging to reduce environmental impact.

Delivery Times

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • US/Canada/Australia: 7–21 business days
    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal delays, customs processing, or holiday periods.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Damage or Issues

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • All items are sold as-is and described to the best of our ability. Returns for buyer’s remorse or minor imperfections consistent with age will not be accepted.

Local Collection (Optional)

  • If you are local and would prefer to collect your item in person, please contact us before purchasing to arrange this option.
